- Quiet environment for the duration of the session
Driving licences are not accepted in this process.

Personal qualified signature on a cryptographic card or mobile application. Legally equivalent to a handwritten signature across the EU.
Qualified Electronic Seal
Corporate seal for mass document signing, KSeF invoices, and automated workflows. Required for KSeF from February 2026.
Electronic Delivery (e-Doręczenia)
Certified electronic mailbox equivalent to registered mail. Mandatory for Polish businesses from 2025.
