Qualified e-Delivery (e-Doręczenia) is a Polish implementation of the eIDAS qualified delivery service. It is legally equivalent to a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt — but faster, cheaper, and fully digital.
Every message sent via the system carries a qualified electronic timestamp proving when it was sent and delivered. The recipient's acceptance (or non-acceptance) is recorded and admissible in court.
